Tyler

Justin I remember the first techno song you ever introduced me to, ever since then I have been a fan. I like all kinds of music and thats something we both shared, our love for music. When asked " Justin if you could watch a movie with no sound or not see the picture and just listen to the music,"  you said " Tyler I would probably go to listen to a movie instead of going to watch a movie." I just busted out laughing. I can remember driving to Hastings in Jacksonville just to look for cheap cd's that we might could afford, we were so broke. Forced into oddball jobs trying to get just a little spending money. Justin I promise I will get on and let everyone know the great times we had as brothers, as friends, and as companions in all our hardships. I love you Justin with all my heart and from the depths of my heart I can't wait to see your face and hear your laugh again.

I remember when you had to do your army training crawling on your belly under bobwire with guns going off over your head, going into a building where there was tear gas and having to take off your mask.  You were one tough cookie-dude!  You told me when you finally got to have a shower there was dirt in places you didn't even know you had!!
Mom

Justin-remember the time I sent you a box of goodies to boot camp complete with homemade cookies.  Your commanding officer had you come to the office and began to eat the cookies in front of you.  Asked you how bad you wanted some, you got them but had to do push-ups for each one you ate.  You later told me it was worth every push-up.

Mom

I remember talking to you right after you left for boot camp in Ft. Knox, Kentucky.  It was bitter cold in January and you were sick, running a fever etc.  You cried on the phone, nearly broke my heart that I couldn't just come scoop you up and bring you home.  But I remember how proud you were when you finished-looked pretty buff too as I remember!!
Mom

I remember that even as an adult you expected a Valentine sack of goodies-don't forget the Reese's cups Mom!!
Mom

I remember riding in the car one time and you were obviously telling me the biggest fib about something you did.  I asked you "would you say the same thing if Jesus were sitting here?".  You and your quick wit said "of course not, I would ask him if he did it".  You could weave a very convincing story Justin, might even have had Jesus wondering!

Mom

Justin I remember 28 glorious Christmas times with you.  I remember the fact you were busy thinking of what you wanted for the next birthday or Christmas as soon as the presents were opened.  I remember your excitement that never went away even as an adult!  Your laugh and the sparkle in your eyes I will never forget.  Your candle will always burn on our holidays to remember you.  Your earthly body may be gone but your name, your face and your memories will live on! I love you Justin with all my heart and soul!
Mom

Justin I remember when you played soccer.  You had to have solid white shoes when the rest of the kids wore black.  The very first game it rained.  You stood in the middle of the largest puddle in the field and stomped the entire game, raising your hands like "Mom I can't help it".  Needless to say the white shoes were never white again.
Jill

Justin I remember every time you said a "bad word" and Mom would tell you to watch your mouth.  You would pucker your lips out, cross your eyes -to WATCH your mouth, and then say it again!!
Mom

Justin had fireman boots he wore all the time.  In fact he wore them till they split down the back. If I persuaded him to take them off to go to bed he had to have them sit right beside the bed in case he had a call in the middle of the night.  He also wore a fireman hat with the chin strap inside the hat under his nose because it wasn't long enough to reach his chin.
Mom

I remember a time when you chickened out on a ride at Silver Dollar City.  There was other family at the entrance to the ride so I sent you back.  Well they had moved and when we got off the ride you had stayed right there but had this huge story about how you were nearly kidnapped and you tried to give a man some candy to take you-sort of got the scenario backwards-quite the storyteller at times!
Mom

Justin, you took longer to get ready than a girl, most of the time because you waited until you were supposed to be somewhere to start getting ready.  You obsessed over every hair being in place, smelling good and having everything coordinate.
Mom

You rolled everywhere you wanted to go, crawled for one week then walked at 9 months and never stopped after that.
Grandmother

I remember the the time you asked me to buy more Tang, when I told you I didn't have any.  Seems you had been drinking the Metamucil!
Mom

Justin I remember when you got seriously into hair removal, arms, legs, chest, back and even toes and fingers.  We bought the cream by the gallon!
Mom

I remember when your goal was to be a garbage man when you grew up.  You thought they were the coolest.
Mom

I remember looking into your big brown eyes as a newborn and thinking how could I feel so much love for any one human being.  You were a precious baby!
